MVSD Annual Meeting - 2019
The 2019 Merrimack Valley School District (MVSD) Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, March 7th at the Merrimack Valley High School (MVHS). The polls for voting will be open from 11am - 7pm and the Meeting will begin at 7pm. Both the voting and the meeting will take place in the MVHS Auditorium.
The ballot voters will see at the polls covers three areas: Moderator election, Board elections, and an SB2 petition.
At the Annual Meeting, the legislative body of the District (the voters) will be asked to approve other articles on the official warrant. Linked below you will find various documents that include information relative to the Annual Meeting. Thank you for your support of the MVSD.

Sample Ballot - This PDF represents a sample of the official ballot voters will see at the polls this year (Articles I, II, and III). Article III is the petitioned SB2 ballot that voters will be presented with.
2019 Annual Report - includes the official warrant, proposed budget, and tax rate projections, along with reports from the MVSD Board Chair, Superintendent, MVSD Committees, and MVSD Schools. The Annual Report also contains information about recent MVHS graduates (Class of 2018) and impending MVSD retirements and service recognitions.
MVSD Budget Information - provides the reader with the ability to review the 2019-2020 budget by line item and/or function totals.
SB2 Information - voters will be presented with the SB2 petition on the official ballot this year. This document is designed to provide summary/overview information about SB2.
