Webster Elementary School included in the "Commissioner's Circle of Excellence"

At a press conference today (October 14, 2014), Webster Elementary School was recognized as a school in the "Commissioner's Circle of Excellence" due to the academic achievement, innovation, performance on standardized tests, and school culture/climate.
