MVSD Math Specialist Honored at NHTM Event

3.16.17 - Ms. Jessica Jacques (pictured below holding her award) was honored at the New Hampshire Teacher of Mathematics (NHTM) Annual Conference with the Dr. C. Evans Distinguished Mathematics Educator Award. Testimony from parents and colleagues describes Ms. Jacques as an "inspiring teacher" who is "enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and passionate about her subject." Grateful parents thank Ms. Jacques for instilling a love for math in their children and inspiring them (their children) to "think critically and problem solve." All much deserved high praise! This year marks Ms. Jacques third in her position as MVSD's Math Specialist and her impact throughout the District is very positive. Ms. Jacques as been with the MVSD since 1997.
