MV Alum Garners Emmy Award!

Christian Alicea, son of MVSD School Board member Caroletta Alicea, received an Emmy Award at the 36th Annual News and Documentary Emmy Awards in the Outstanding News Discussion and Analysis category for Fifty Year War:The Changing Face Of Poverty In America. Christian, a director on MSNBC's All In with Chris Hayes, is an alum of MVHS. We're proud of Christian and the accomplishments of all of our alumni!
