2018 - MVSD Annual Meeting

The 2018 MVSD Annual Meeting will take place on Thursday, March 8, 2018. Polls for Board elections open at 11am and close at 7pm. Once the polls close, the Annual Meeting will commence. All this takes place at the Merrimack Valley High School (MVHS). The attached PDFs below are:

As the Annual Report went to print, we heard back from the Department of Revenue Administration (DRA) on how to report an anticipated revenue. On this year's Warrant, the Board is seeking voter approval to purchase a property abutting Boscawen Elementary School (BES). After a right-of-way easement is established on this property (to serve as a secondary emergency egress to BES), the property will be listed for resale. The proceeds from that anticipated sale are now part of the estimated revenues for the 2018-2019 fiscal year. This anticipated revenue impacts the estimated District Assessment for 2018-2019 (lowers it) and also impacts the potential tax impact of the proposed 2018-2019 budget (lower).
