Merrimack Valley Special Education Services
The Merrimack Valley School District Special Education manual outlines special education programs, services and procedures pursuant to Public Law 94-142, NH RSA 186:c, Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and subsequent updates, and the NH Rules for the Education of Children with Disabilities. If you suspect your child has a handicapping condition that may require special education services you should contact the school. A member of the special education team will discuss with you the procedures to assess your child.
